Build Provider Networks
We establish agreements with community Inpatient and Outpatient Providers at discounted rates. We also provide Telemedicine services and any additional on-site medical services such as, mobile imaging, lab services, physicians, on-site staffing, and more.
Dedicated Account Manager
We provide a dedicated accounts manager for each facility. This allows the prison and ACH to enhance communication and to be proactive in any situation. This manager will ensure that inmates are scheduled with the correct physicians and all documentation is properly maintained and provided to the Institution. This manager will act as a Liaison for any issue.
Patient Management System - PTRAX
ACH utilizes PTRAX and can track care throughout the entire treatment process. This system works well for patient documentation and utilization review purposes. We can also provide critical patient care documentation for certification requirements.
Bill Adjudication and Consolidation
All medical providers bill ACH. We ensure bills are coded properly, not duplicated, and conform with our agreements. Once this is completed batches are consolidated into one bill which is submitted to the Correctional Facility for payment. All bills have detailed Explanation of Benefits attached to provide all related information about the service performed. As documentation and service history is established, ACH estimates outstanding obligations, providing valuable budgeting information.
Reporting
ACH will provide detailed reporting about all services referred and performed. These reports include detailed and summary EOB’s (Explanation of Benefits) for the Institution on each claim presented for payment. Other reports are available with detailed utilization and financial information.
Credentials
ACH will maintain updated copies of the appropriate licenses and credentials that are required by the Institution for on-site providers.
